We take safety, accuracy and misuse seriously.

What you can report

• A broken, misleading or suspicious link.
• Impersonation, fraud or misuse of the FIFO TOA name.
• Unsafe, inappropriate or inaccurate website content.
• A privacy, copyright or other legal concern.

How to report

Email the page or link involved, a short explanation of the issue, any supporting screenshots, and the best way to contact you. Do not send passwords, card numbers, identity documents or other highly sensitive information.

Urgent situations

This reporting channel is not monitored as an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. For suspected fraud involving a third-party service, also contact that provider directly.
